1. Order Processing Time

  • Within Rome: All orders in with in Rome are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Standard with in Italy: "All orders in Italy are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays."
  • EXPRESS with in Italy: All orders in Italy are processed within   1-3 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard International: "We offer international shipping to the following countries: France, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland.   • Express International: "We also offer Express International shipping to the following countries: France, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Duties and Taxes: " For customers from France, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. La Dolce Sorpresa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer."

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • "When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available."

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns
